T&Cs

  • £50.00 deposit to secure your booking, balance paid on the day of the party
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Party numbers can be changed up to 16:00 the night before, but cannot be reduced on the day
  • Food may be subject to change, within reason
  • Extra children can be added at a cost of £9.50 per child

Frequently Asked Questions

How many children are included?

25 children included in the package, but extra children can be added for £9.50 each, up to a maximum of 60 children.

How much deposit do you need? When do I pay the balance?

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance of £245 will be payable on the day of the party.

When do I need to confirm numbers?

Please confirm numbers by 4pm the day before the party. Unfortunately numbers cannot be reduced on the day.

What do I need to bring?

We want to take the stress out of parties, so just bring the cake. The area will be decorated, but you are welcome to bring additional decorations, balloons, banners etc.

What food and drink are included?

Drinks – unlimited squash will be available for the duration of your party.

Food – traditional buffet party food, including pizza, chips, sandwiches, crisps, cake selection and other treats.

Can I cancel/change the date?

Please get in touch if you are unable to go ahead with your party, and we will do our best to accommodate another date.

  • It’s not the first party I’ve booked here and it won’t be the last

    I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here yesterday. It's not the first party I've booked and it won't be the last. It's great value for money and the soft play is plenty for the children, all staff are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Good variety of food too. All in all well worth the money! Thanks again Ants Inya Pants, we will be back.

  • Fantastic from the start

    Had our daughter's 3rd birthday party here on Saturday 22nd March and it was a fantastic experience from the start.
    Food had lots of variety and was very prompt coming out, staff had really outdone themselves and we didn't even have to do any cleaning up.
    We also had the entire 2 hours to ourselves and that was really refreshing.
    If you're looking for an easy birthday idea where all you need to do is turn up with the cake and a few decorations, Ants Inya Pants is the place for you! I can't thank my MIL enough for the recommendation and the kids absolutely loved the experience.

  • Nothing is too much trouble

    Thank you to all the amazing team nothing is to much trouble always happy to help.
    Can't thank you enough for a yet another stress free party, when you say just bring a cake and party bags we'll DO THE REST this is no joke. It's so nice to just sit down and enjoy the party have a cuppa and chat away knowing everything is taken care of. Food always fresh and hot.
    I'm not sure how the lady does it but her cutting of the cake is just WOW! I've never ever known ANYONE to cut a cake in so many pieces and have a fair size also take some cake home. Thank you again.
